Vamu Poosa

Vamu Poosa is a crunchy, fine sev-style snack made from gram flour and flavored with ajwain (vaamu) for a distinctive aroma and digestive touch. Deep-fried to a light golden crisp, it is thin, flavorful, and perfect for tea-time snacking.

Ingredients: Gram flour, Chili powder, Rice flour, Ajwain, Sunflower Oil, Salt. 

Product storage: Vamu poosa must be stored in a sealed container directly after unpacking. They are best before 30 days from the opening date or date of manufacture.
