Return & Refund Policy – 5S Foods

At 5S Foods, we take utmost care to deliver our products fresh, safe, and in perfect condition.
Since all our products are food items, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order has been delivered.

Damaged or Leaked Parcels

In rare cases where the product is received damaged, broken, or leaked, we are happy to assist you.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  1. Unboxing Video (Mandatory):
    A clear unboxing video must be recorded from the moment you open the sealed package until the issue is shown clearly.
    (Videos captured after unboxing will not be accepted.)

  2. Email Your Concern:
    Please email the unboxing video along with your order ID and product details to
    📧 5sfoods.assist@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Our support team will review the video and resolve your concern at the earliest — either through a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Note:

  • No refund or replacement will be processed without an unboxing video.

  • Decisions regarding refunds or replacements are at the discretion of 5S Foods Support Team after proper verification.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be credited within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

  • Damaged/ replacement request must be raised in 24 hours 

    Once we receive the request for replacement/ damaged we delivery new order in 1-3 business days
