Our website is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these services securely and efficiently.

At 5S Foods, all our products are homemade and prepared with the utmost care. We make every effort to display accurate product images, colors, and descriptions. However, the actual appearance of products may vary slightly due to lighting, packaging, or screen settings.
All product details and prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only after we process and accept your payment.
Please review your order details carefully before submitting.
Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations due to the perishable nature of our food products.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information for all purchases.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to deliver your products in perfect condition and on time.
However, once the parcel is handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delivery delays or damages caused during transit.
In case of breakage or leakage, an unboxing video is mandatory for claim verification. Please email the video and details to 5sfoods.assist@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

SECTION 6 – RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Since all products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the package is delivered.
Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The product is damaged or leaked during delivery, and

  • You provide a clear unboxing video as proof sent to 5sfoods.assist@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.

We reserve the right to reject refund requests without proper proof.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website — including logos, product names, photos, text, and design — is the property of 5S Foods. You may not copy, modify, or reuse our content without written permission.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store is powered by Shopify, and we may use third-party tools such as payment gateways or courier partners.
