If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will reach out to you to find an alternative solution.

Each product is sealed properly and cushioned to prevent damage.
5. Damages and Leaks
While we take utmost care in packaging, transit damage can sometimes occur.
In case of breakage, leakage, or tampering, please follow the steps below:

Record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package.

Our team will verify the issue and resolve it as per our Return & Refund Policy.
