Poosa Mitai: Traditional sweet made with rice flour and besan strands (poosa) gently mixed with warm jaggery syrup and shaped into bite-sized pieces. Soft and rich with authentic bellam flavor. A simple yet delightful homemade sweet loved by all ages.

Ingredients: Besan or gram flour, Rice flour, Ghee, Jaggery, Salt, Cardamom powder, Fresh cooking oil.
