Saggubiyyam Pesara Chekkalu are crispy, traditional rice crackers made with sabudana (sago pearls) and green gram (pesara pappu), blended with mild spices. Hand-pressed and deep-fried to a light golden crunch, they have a unique texture with a slightly nutty flavor.
Ingredients: Rice flour, Green Gram, Sago Pearl, Curry leaves. Green Cjhilli. Butter, Sunflower Oil.
